Flight Support

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES S Flight Support provides coordination and support services for general and business aviation operations, including, but not limited to, fuel supply, flight permits, planning, ground handling, logistics, and customer support.
S Flight Support acts as an intermediary and coordinator between the client and third-party providers and is not directly responsible for the execution of services performed by such providers.

2. USE OF SERVICES By requesting or using S Flight Support services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The client agrees to:
• Provide complete and accurate information
• Comply with all applicable aviation regulations
• Hold all necessary authorizations to operate the aircraft

3. QUOTES AND PRICING All quotations are subject to:
• Service availability
• Changes without prior notice from providers
• Variations in taxes, fees, airport charges, and operational costs
• Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual operational conditions.

4. PAYMENTS The client agrees to comply with the payment terms established for each operation.
S Flight Support reserves the right to:
• Request advance payments
• Suspend services in case of non-payment
• Apply additional charges for changes or extra services

5. LIABILITY S Flight Support coordinates services with third-party providers; therefore:
• It does not guarantee absolute service availability at all destinations
• It is not responsible for delays, failures, or non-performance by third parties
• It shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or operational interruptions
• In all cases, S Flight Support’s liability shall be limited to the value of the contracted service.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES Cancellation or modification requests may be subject to:
• Provider penalties
• Administrative costs
• Specific conditions applicable to each service
• Each case will be evaluated based on the conditions in effect at the time of the operation.

7. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE The client is responsible for:
• Complying with aviation, immigration, and customs regulations
• Ensuring that crew and passengers have valid documentation
• Operating in accordance with the laws of origin, transit, and destination countries
• S Flight Support shall not be responsible for denials, delays, or penalties resulting from non-compliance with these requirements.

8. FORCE MAJEURE S Flight Support shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
• Adverse weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Conflicts, airspace closures, or emergencies
• Failures by third-party providers

9. CONFIDENTIALITY All information provided by the client will be treated as confidential and used solely for the coordination of requested services.

10. MODIFICATIONS S Flight Support reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will become effective upon publication on the website.

11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates or where the service is formalized.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable commercial arbitration rules, excluding the jurisdiction of ordinary courts. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
